Return Policy

Ruvido Caso offers a 3-day easy return policy for most products. If your order does not meet your expectations due to damage, defect, or receiving the wrong product, you can request a return of your complete or partial order.

Please note that returns in used condition, without original packaging/tags, or received after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

WHAT PRODUCTS/CATEGORIES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?

The following categories are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery (in which case you can request a replacement within 3 days of delivery):

  • Posters & Wall Décor

  • Keychains

  • Mobile Accessories like cables, chargers, adapters

  • Free gifts or promotional items

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?

Step 1Contact us via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram with your order number and issue details.
Step 2
Share clear images or videos of the product and its packaging showing the defect/damage.
Step 3
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address.
Step 4
After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • All return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/accessories intact.

  • Refunds/replacements will only be processed after the product passes our quality check.

  • If an incorrect product is returned during pickup, we will not be liable for any refund or re-shipment.

WHAT IS YOUR REPLACEMENT POLICY?

We ensure all Ruvido Caso products go through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare case your product is damaged, defective, or wrong, you can request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.

HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT?

Step 1 – Contact our support team through email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
Step 2 – Share your order details along with clear images/videos of the issue.
Step 3 – Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup.
Step 4 – After receiving and verifying the product, we will ship your replacement within 3–5 business days.

Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, you have the option to select a refund in the source account or receive refund vouchers. Alternatively, you can opt for a refund in the source account or select another product from the same category.
